These Terms govern access to pictag.ai, operated by pictag.ai. By using Pictag, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. Users under 18 may use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where required.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for access to your Google or phone account, for activity performed through your Pictag session and for keeping connected provider credentials secure. Do not share verification codes.
3. The service
Pictag provides AI chat, image-analysis, metadata, project, synchronisation and connected-provider image-generation features. Features, models and limits may change as external services change.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Pictag to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, evade service limits, attack infrastructure, impersonate others, generate unlawful abuse material or interfere with other users.
5. User content and AI output
You retain rights you hold in submitted content. You grant Pictag the limited permission needed to process it for the requested service. AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique or unsuitable; you are responsible for review, rights clearance and intended use.
6. Third-party services
Google, Twilio, Stripe, Pollinations, AI providers and advertising providers operate under their own terms. Pictag is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing or decisions made by those services.
7. Subscriptions and payment
Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the price shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can manage cancellation through the billing portal. Taxes may apply. Statutory consumer rights, including rights that cannot legally be waived, remain unaffected. Refund requests should be sent to support@pictag.ai.
8. Advertising
Free areas may contain clearly identified advertising. Advertising must not be interpreted as Pictag’s endorsement of the advertiser.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, fraud, security threats, non-payment or legal requirements. You may delete your account through the application.
10. Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent preservation of generated links or that AI output will be accurate or fit for a specific purpose.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pictag is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or third-party provider failures. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without removing mandatory consumer protections applicable to you. Competent courts are determined under applicable law.
